Thank you for contacting us again!

See the two attached pictures (I have not included the pictures with this public message). I have done some quick searching in our email archives, and it appears we have attempted to respond to your emails, but it sounds like our emails are either being blocked from your Hotmail account, or being placed in the spam/junk folder of your Hotmail account and you are not seeing them there.

I am going to send this message through our alternate Hotmail account and place a message on our Support page under "We Could Not Contact You". Hopefully you will see one of these messages!

Can we get you to create a Customer Care Account?

The new account will allow you to download whenever you need to, and will also give you access to any version or maintenance upgrades for which you are eligible. The Customer Care Account is currently free as long as you have purchased some software from us.

You can sign up for the account at http://www.schoolhousetech.com/CreateAccount.aspx .

After completing the application you will get a final on-screen "Thank you" message and then a follow up e-mail. We currently need about 2 business days to get the account setup (until that happens, no downloads will appear on the My Downloads page). Once the account setup is complete, we will e-mail you so you can access your downloads and upgrading information.

Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a lifetime licence for vocabulary worksheet factory several years ago using this email. I used it successfully for my work as a teacher but then we purchased a new computer last year.
I contacted you to obtain the means to download the program to my new computer but despite several emails, no one replied.I was pregnant at the time and have only now returned to work and need to follow this up because I found this program invaluable in my work as a teacher. Also, I paid out for a lifetime licence so did not intend to lose it simply because I bought a new computer.
Please could you let me know how I might be able to download vocabulary worksheet factory onto my new computer.
