Thanks for the question Andy! I have attached some pictures to illustrate what is required to have clues show up on a Crossword worksheet, or any word list worksheet. But if this information does not help solve the the problem, please let us know!

First, you must ensure that the word list you have created has Clues entered for each word. If you use a word list without Clues, the words will be used as clues.

Next, when creating the Crossword worksheet (or any other Word List worksheet), you must ensure that Visible is checked under Clues in the Options pane.

Finally, if the crossword grid is very large, the Clues section may be pushed to a second page of a worksheet. So do check to see if your worksheet has a second page.
