You sent us the following email:

====I previously bought 2 of your programs several years ago on CD. Can they
still be purchased on CD? My school will not allow us to download
software. What does it mean to be a single license user? Can I install it on my
home and work computer? ====

When we attempted to answer you, the AOL system sent back this message:

====Your mail could not be delivered because the recipient is only

their email settings.====

In order for us to email you at your AOL email address, you must allow emails from 'schoolhousetech.com' to be delivered to your Inbox. Contact AOL if you need help configuring this.

Here is the answer we attempted to email to you:

====Can they still be purchased on CD? My school will not allow us to download software.====

If you download the software at home and take it to school on a flash drive or CD, can you install it on your school computer?

If you can do this, I would recommend this to save yourself the additional costs and in order to keep all of your software up to date.

In fact, before purchasing the software for your school computer, I would recommend doing this to ensure that the software will install and run okay on the school computer, because if the evaluation edition won't run then the paid edition will not run.

You can download the installation files for the evaluation editions from our website - http://www.schoolhousetech.com/Default.aspx . Go to the product page for the program you are interested in, and on the product page look for the Download button at the top of the page.

When downloading the installation file, select "Save" instead of "Run", and save the installation file to your home computer where you can locate the file easily. Once that downloading is complete, copy that downloaded installation file to a flash drive, or burn to a CD, and then use that installation file to install the software on your school computer.

We will still sell the software on CDs, but there is a additional $15.00 USD charge for each program, and of course the software on the CD will go out of date whenever we do maintenance releases for the software. Also CDs will take some additional time to get to you; we recommend allowing 3 weeks from the date the order is processed.

** If ordering the software online with a credit card there are some special instructions we need to give you if you want to order a CD, so just let me know.

** If ordering with a school purchase order, add $15.00 for each program you require a CD for; example - Math Resource Studio 4 - Single-User License is $64.00 USD, add $15.00 USD for the CD for a total of $79.00 USD.

====What does it mean to be a single license user? Can I install it on my home and work computer? ====

A Single-User License allows a software program to be installed to both a home and school computer by a single person (user) - see the Sales FAQ at https://schoolhousetech.zendesk.com/forums/20172362-sales-faq for our policy.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.... thanks!
