Starting in 2005, all of our current software switched over from using license or registration codes to being full downloads. (If you have an older program, such Vocabulary Worksheet Factory 2, you will still need the license/registration codes for the software.)

If you need to re-install the software you purchased and you do not have a back up copy, you will need to download the program from us again. To obtain another download file from us, you need to set up a Customer Care Account.

With a free Schoolhouse Technologies Customer Care Account you will have fast and convenient download access to all of your purchased software as well as all product updates for which you are eligible. Simply complete the online form Create Your Customer Care Account. Then give us 2 business days to get the account setup (some manual review must be done - sorry!). We will e-mail you when the setup is complete.
